Each law firm's data is logically isolated using Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Associates cannot access partner-level compensation data unless explicitly permitted by firm administrators.

Your Clio OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and are never exposed in logs or to support personnel.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate CompensateAI:

We use Amazon Bedrock with Claude AI models to parse fee agreements and generate compensation explanations. Data sent to Bedrock travels through private AWS network connections and is not used for model training.

5.2 Clio (Practice Management Integration)

We integrate with Clio to access your firm's billing and matter data. Your use of Clio is subject to Clio's own privacy policy available at clio.com.

5.3 Stripe (Payment Processing)

We use Stripe to process subscription payments. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
